Akai E2 Headrush Delay and Phrase Sampler Pedal Following on from where the award-winning E1 left off, the new E2 Headrush delay pedal brings delay, tape echo simulations and a looping recorder in one convenient pedal. User selectable delay options allow for maximum control of signal output and include several real-time timing and level adjustment selections as well as feedback level for repeats. Headrush can also simulate a 4-head analog tape echo machine and it is possible to set the spacing between these "virtual: heads to create complex multiple delays and repeats. You can also set the decay characteristics of these heads. Furthermore, the outputs of each of these virtual heads appear on individual outputs for ultimate flexibility when used with an external mixing console. The Looping Recorder mode allows you to record and overdub layer after layer of sound in real-time making the Headrush an unbelievable live performance tool. Depending upon which mode is selected, the left footswitch controls the on/off and play/stop functions while the right footswitch sets the tap delay time or recording and overdub options. The LED display indicates which effect in use and blinks in time showing the delay time selected. Features: 16-bit Digital Delay - Delay time from 0.5ms to an astonishing 35 seconds maximum (*) Tape Echo mode with four individual outputs for each head Looping Recorder with overdub mode - Powerful tool for solo performances Head Gap adjusts the delay time between the heads HF Damp simulates an analog delay sound Feedback sets the feedback level for repeat times Ratio allows adjustment of wet and dry mix Real-time delay control - sets delay time by tapping footswitch twice (*) Depending on the selected mode click here to buy! |

Akai MPC2500 Description The Akai Professional MPC2500 Music Production Center combines a 64-Track MIDI Sequencer with a 32-voice 16bit Stereo Digital Sampler. The MPC is a rock solid sequencing and drum programming machine with 16 velocity and pressure sensitive rubber pads. The unit allows you to sample more efficiently. This composition center is contained in one extremely powerful desktop unit. Designed for professional audio production, the MPC2500's intuitive and ergonomic interface makes it the ultimate user friendly composition studio. Two internal effects processors can be used simultaneously. This includes a wide range of effects algorithms, such as reverb, delay, bit grunger, chorus, phasers, flying pan, 4-band EQ, compressor, and a phase shifter. Real-time control is provided by two note variation sliders and two Q-Link knobs. Q-link knobs can be separately assigned to allow flexible, real-time performance control of a wide variety of selectable parameters. These parameters include level, pan, filter cut-off and resonance, and tuning. Each assignable Q-Link knob can generate MIDI data so that parameter information can be recorded and played back from within a sequence. Following the highly acclaimed MPC60 and MPC3000, 2 MIDI inputs and 4 MIDI outputs come standard enabling 64 external MIDI channel operation. In addition, the MPC2500 can individually control its onboard sampler up to 64 Parts, allowing users to assign a different program on each track. A large LCD screen allows a clear view of sequence data displaying features such as a drum machine 'grid'. Continuous MIDI data can be shown as well as edited graphically. The MPC2500 comes with 16MB of onboard memory which can be expanded up to 128 MB of RAM via the optional EXM128 memory card. The MPC2500 has the capability of an optional internal Hard Disk and CD-RW drives. click here to buy! |

Akai MPD16 USB MIDI Pad Control Surface Expanding on the legacy of the legendary MPC series, Akai Professional introduces the MPD16 USB/MIDI Pad Control Surface. The MPD16 is a self-contained unit that connects via USB and/or MIDI to computers and sound engines such as the new Akai Z4 and Z8 samplers, which include drum program set-ups as well as the standard keyboard-assigned programming. The functionality of the MPD16 is designed with simplicity in mind. The days of programming drum sequences via a keyboard are gone forever. 16 MPC-spec pressure-and-velocity sensitive drum pads generate Note-On velocity when tapped. In Full-Level mode, the MPD16 produces data with velocity value of 127, regardless of the velocity of the pad tapped and in 16-Level mode it allows you to generate the note velocity in 16 steps with 16 pads. The active pad (note number) is the last pad played just before the 16-Level key was pressed. The Bank key switches between banks 1 and 2 allowing access to 2 separate banks of sounds. The Active key enables the fader which outputs MIDI control changes. The various parameter settings, such as MIDI Note Assign, MIDI Channel, MIDI Control Change, etc. can be assigned from the computer via USB. MPD16 set-up is facilitated with the MPD16 Utility and PC/MAC driver software CDROM. The MPD16 can be powered via computer USB or the optional AC adapter. click here to buy! |
